My name is James Mack, a property inspector. In the Navy I earned the name “Pit Snipe,” working below deck to keep critical systems running safely. That role demanded discipline, checklists, and constant awareness that small issues could become big problems fast. Today I bring that same mindset into every inspection. I study the full system of your property, not just single items, so you gain a clear picture of how everything works together to protect your safety and investment.

The Home That Sparked Change

When my fiancée and I bought our home, it looked fine during walk-throughs.
